Job description
- Assess current operations and commercial organization and establish a structured KPIs and reporting system
- Improve operational processes, and support management in building a scalable business development function
- A key responsibility is to identify and develop strategic business partners, sales channels, and cooperation opportunities that can support future customer acquisition rather than personally generating all new sales
- Design operational KPIs and management reporting
- Improve cooperation between Operations and Commercial Team
- Standardize reporting and performance measurement
- Identify and develop strategic business partners
- Build a sustainable business development framework
- Coach the internal management team=> recommend organizational improvements
- Supervisor/Manager level (minimum 7–10 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations)
- Proven experience in Operational Excellence or Business Transformation - KPI design and implementation - Management reporting and dashboard development
