MAINTENANCE MANAGER 

We are seeking an experienced Interim Maintenance Manager to lead a maintenance team of approximately 10 technicians in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high equipment availability, leading preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives with a strong hands-on approach.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in plastic injection moulding, injection moulds, and maintenance of production equipment, preferably within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a maintenance team of approximately 10 employees. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Ensure maximum availability and reliability of production equipment. Oversee maintenance of: Plastic injection moulding machines Injection moulds Welding equipment Assembly equipment Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and implement sustainable solutions. Plan maintenance activities while minimizing production downtime. Cooperate closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality departments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance standards. Required Experience & Qualifications Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or similar leadership position. Extensive practical experience with: Plastic injection moulding technology Injection moulds Mechanical maintenance Strong leadership and people management skills. Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving abilities. Experience in a manufacturing environment; automotive industry experience is highly preferred. Ability to work independently and make operational decisions.
