responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the manufacturing process based on customer orders, material availability, and production capacity;
the role ensures efficient production flow, timely delivery, and alignment between supply chain and manufacturing operations;
plan and schedule production activities based on incoming customer orders;
calculate and optimize production capacities and resource allocation;
develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans;
adjust production schedules according to material availability and operational constraints;
ensure smooth and continuous production flow;
monitor adherence to production timelines and delivery deadlines;
collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams;
maintain and update data in the CMS (IBM) system;
analyze production performance and propose improvements;
experience with CMS (IBM) is an advantage.
