launch and commissioning of new vision inspection equipment within the SMT production area;
implementation of new projects and products, with a focus on vision inspection technologies. Setup, optimization and continuous improvement of visual inspection systems, including cameras, scanners and laser inspection systems;
implementation and optimization of SPI, AOI and X-Ray inspection processes;
support of product industrialization and production launch, ensuring project timing and required quality standards.
close cooperation with R&D, Process Engineering and production teams during development and introduction of new products.
development and improvement of production and inspection concepts using tools such as DfX, DFMA and PFMEA;
analysis and statistical evaluation of inspection results, including MSA according to VDA requirements;
technical support in equipment and supplier selection for new vision inspection technologies;
key equipment: SPI – Koh Young | AOI – Koh Young | Geometric Tester – Nikon | X-Ray – Comet.
