hands-on technical specialist who can identify process weaknesses, drive corrective actions, and ensure sustainable improvements on the shop floor
strong personality, be able to challenge existing practices, take ownership of technical issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure that actions are being implemented on time
process optimisation, root cause analysis and scrap reduction experience
machine settings and parameters validation and optimisation
troubleshooting of injection moulding processes, machines and mainly tooling
escalate critical technical, operational, or organisational issues when required
able to provide clear, fact-based reporting on risks, actions, and progress
support the implementation of sustainable process standards
solid background as Process Technician, Process Engineer, or Injection Moulding Specialist
strong shop-floor mentality, able to work independently and take ownership
