- Analysis of non-conforming parts, immediate report for non-conforming parts (Pareto analysis)
- Analysis of data of non-conforming parts / analysis of data from sorting and possible corrections
- Tests and trials on the production line
- Random product inspections / regular product inspections (Product Audit)
- Daily reporting on the situation
