Lead and manage the APQP process for new product development and serial production changes
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain) to ensure timely project milestones
Prepare, review, and maintain APQP documentation (Control Plans, PFMEA, Flow Charts, etc.)
Ensure execution of PPAP submissions, including initial sample approval in accordance with VW 52000 and other OEM-specific requirements
Act as the main interface with customers for quality-related topics during project phases
Monitor project risks and implement preventive and corrective actions
Support design and process validation activities (DVP&R, capability studies, run@rate, etc.)
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements
Participate in audits (internal, customer, certification) and ensure closure of findings
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product and process quality
