Job description
- Ensures the purchased materials, goods, services and equipment are in accordance with the company's internal rules
- Searches, evaluates and develops cooperation with suppliers and negotiates business terms
- Issues orders, monitors their fulfillment and coordinates deliveries with internal customers and suppliers
- Optimizes costs, quality, delivery dates and supports the achievement of savings
- Participates in tenders and contract management within their competence
- Manages the supplier database, approves supplier invoices and resolves complaints
- Complies with internal processes, legal regulations and quality, safety and environmental protection requirements
- Automotive experience is an advantage or nternship in a similar position
- Knowledge of MS Office, experience with the SAP system is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, independence, reliability, negotiation and communication skills
