Managing 3-shift operations, 24/7 shifts (weekends included)
Ensure continuous production supervision and improvements
Strong focus on planning and delivering the KPIs directly on the shopfloor
Prevent from deviations in quantity, labelling, completeness, and quality
React immediately to any non-conformity and communicates with production planning, quality, engineering, maintenance
Maintain continuous presence of the foremen and team leaders on the shopfloor
Verify component completeness, control overall product quality
Identify deviations and abnormalities immediately, escalate to upper management
Able to make decision, stop production if required to prevent from defects or customer impact
Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, and safety rules
Experience in production leadership from automotive TIER 1 companies
Strong shopfloor mentality, hands-on and decisive person
